Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your AIPU Unlimited account. It satisfies Meta/Facebook requirements for apps and websites that use Facebook Login or collect data from Meta users.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize:

• Your account profile (name, email, authentication identifiers);
• Workspace content you stored on our servers (prompts, uploads, generated files, voice clones, brand-voice data);
• Facebook Login identifiers linked to your account (if you connected Facebook);
• Support and contact form correspondence tied to your email, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.

Billing records may be retained as required by law (typically up to 7 years).

Option 1 — Delete from your account (fastest)

1. Sign in at aipuunlimited.com/account.html.
2. Open Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
3. Confirm deletion. Processing usually completes within 30 days; most requests finish within 72 hours.

Option 2 — Email request

Email privacy@aipuunlimited.com from the address on your account with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include:

• Your full name;
• Account email;
• Whether you signed up with email/password or Facebook Login;
• Confirmation that you want permanent deletion of your AIPU Unlimited data.

Option 3 — Contact form

Submit a request via our contact form. Select topic Data deletion / privacy and include your account email.

Facebook Login users

If you registered or signed in with Facebook:

• Deleting your AIPU Unlimited account removes data we stored from Facebook as part of your login.
• To remove AIPU Unlimited’s access to your Facebook profile, visit Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Security → Apps and websites, find AIPU Unlimited, and remove access.
• Facebook may retain its own copy of data under Meta’s policies; see Meta Privacy Policy.

Status & confirmation

We will email you when deletion is complete. If we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information before processing.
