Important: AIPU Unlimited is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any AI model provider referenced on our Site. Third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), billing address, and payment details processed by our payment processor.
• Contact data: information you submit through our contact form or support channels.
• User content: prompts, uploads, voice samples, brand-voice training data, and AI-generated outputs you create in the workspace.

Information collected automatically

• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and referral URLs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics identifiers. See Section 6.

Information from third parties

• Social login (if enabled): If you sign in using Facebook or another provider, we may receive your public profile information and email address as permitted by that provider and your settings. We do not post to your social accounts without your permission.
• Payment processors: transaction status and limited billing metadata.
• Analytics and advertising partners: aggregated usage data, including data related to ad campaigns on Meta platforms when you interact with our ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AIPU Unlimited workspace and subscription services;

We do not use your private prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train shared foundation models available to other customers.

4. How We Share Information

We retain account and billing records as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes. User content is retained until you delete it or request deletion. Contact form submissions are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we request consent before placing non-essential cookies.

Third-party tools (including Meta Pixel, if deployed on our Site) may collect information about your activity on aipuunlimited.com and across other websites for ad delivery and measurement, subject to Meta’s policies and your ad preferences at Facebook Ad Settings.
